What does it do?

AlsoAsked.com will take your search term and show you what other questions “people also ask”. We’ll then dig deeper and show you visually how each level of questions is typically grouped with the next.

Is it the same as AnswerThePublic?

No. AnswerThePublic uses Suggest data, which shows combinations of auto-complete searches. AlsoAsked.com uses "People Also Asked" data, which provides results for more longtail searches and critically, shows the relationships between these topics and questions. We're big fans of AnswerThePublic, it's another tool for a different job.
