• Full Payment is requested at the time of booking;

• Cancellations & Refunds: Full refund if cancelled more than 60 days before the event, 50% refund if cancelled 30-60 days before, and no refund if cancelled less than 30 days before the workshop. In cases of illness or family emergency, we offer a compassionate policy allowing a lenient refund or credit towards a future workshop.

• In case of bad weather, a full refund, even if cancelled at the meeting time

• We offer the flexibility to transfer your booking and payment to another individual if you cannot attend the workshop.

• For your peace of mind, we strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may affect your plans.
