Full Payment is requested at the time of booking;
Cancellations & Refunds: Full refund if cancelled more than 60 days before the event, 50% refund if cancelled 30-60 days before, and no refund if cancelled less than 30 days before the workshop. In cases of illness or family emergency, we offer a compassionate policy allowing a lenient refund or credit towards a future workshop.
In case of bad weather, a full refund, even if cancelled at the meeting time
We offer the flexibility to transfer your booking and payment to another individual if you cannot attend the workshop.
For your peace of mind, we strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may affect your plans.
